Unrecognized Chinese company claims to sell our spare parts

We have discovered that a Chinese company, Shanghai VacDrain (Shangai VacDrain Vacuum Drainage Equipment Co., Ltd.), is promoting their vacuum toilet system and sewage treatment plant spare parts as original or OEM spare parts of Evac. We want to highlight that VacDrain is not our official agent or distributor, and that Evac is has no cooperation with this company. As such, we cannot guarantee that the parts sold are our products.

We advise our customers to purchase our carefully developed and tested spare parts only from our own official agents and distributors. This is to guarantee a long lifespan and smooth operations for systems provided by us or our distribution network.
