HEM (Hydro Electrique Marine), owned by Evac Group since 2018,  is Europe’s leading brand for an extensive range of reverse osmosis desalinators and freshwater treatment systems designed specifically for superyachts.

HEM’s solution range covers a spectrum of requirements from small, cost-effective systems for smaller yachts to our largest, high-performance 80 duplex units, which are capable of a sustained output of 100 tons per day under continuous operation. HEM has extensive experience in this field, with more than 4,400 desalinators installed since 1987.

HEM has its head office in Antibes, France. The services of Echo Marine located in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, have been sold under the HEM brand since October 2019.
