Open position for a Marketing Communications Specialist
Evac is the World’s leading provider of integrated waste, wastewater and water management systems targeted towards shipbuilding, offshore and construction industries. The company based in Finland has employees in Finland, Germany, France, China, Korea, the USA, Brazil and Norway, as well as representatives in more than 40 countries. The company has over 14,000 references, ranging from sailing boats to large luxury cruise liners. The turnover of Evac was EUR 71 million in 2014.
We are now looking for an innovative and energetic Marketing Communications Specialist for a permanent position in our team in Espoo. The new person will have a global role and he/she will report to our Marketing Manager.
The key responsibilities of the specialist are listed below:
• Organization and coordination of exhibitions and other events
• Preparation and updating of marketing communications material
• Agent and distributor communications
• Social media communications
• Updating of Intranet and Internet content
• Preparation of presentation materials and reports
• Assisting the CEO and the sales organization.
We require that you are fluent in English and that you are especially skilled in multitasking. You are a team player and have at least a bachelor degree education. You master the various Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and are quick in adapting to new tools. Experience of event arrangements, visual design and a good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign tools are seen as advantages when applying for this job.
