Open position: Two Product Managers, Finland

Evac is a leading supplier of environmentally friendly water and waste management systems solutions for global ship building industries. To support our growth and ensure continuous development we are seeking for

TWO PRODUCT MANAGERS

to join our team in Espoo, Finland. One will be responsible for novel waste handling systems and the other one for vacuum toilets and collection units.

As the product manager, you will

• be part of Evac’s global product management team
• manage and develop own product line to secure competitive product offering for customer needs
• be responsible for setting product vision and strategy
• be responsible for defining the release process and coordinating all of the activities required to bring the product to market
• have the liability of the product line
• follow international and local legislation and regulations
• be responsible for lifecycle management of the product line
• work in cooperation with Evac’s technical support and sales teams
• manage product line documentation.

To succeed, you are an independent, development-oriented and systematic professional. You have the ability to manage and organize tasks efficiently. You have fluent command of both spoken and written English; Finnish is beneficial. You are comfortable with interacting in multinational teams and sharing and gathering information efficiently with various types of stakeholders. Ideally, you already have some experience as Product Manager and you have managed your own product portfolio. In addition, beneficial would be some experience in environmental or cleantech-related field. We also value experience from manufacturing industry. Your educational background is M.Sc. or B.Sc. in relevant area. The position requires some traveling mainly in Europe; estimated to be max 20 days per year.
